Gilding Your Visions | Terms of Service Agreement

01. Digital Infrastructure & License Architecture

Upon successful validation of your transaction ledger through our Stripe processing gate, Gilding Your Visions grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Architecture License to clone and utilize our Google Sheets engines and digital PDF blueprints.

You do not buy the underlying proprietary code, formula structures, or brand assets; you secure the right to deploy them within your private, local directory.

02. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Distribution

The unique formula arrays, visual color hex configurations, custom-designed sparkline progress meters, and structural text layouts contained inside The Vault remain the exclusive corporate property of Gilding Your Visions.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing your master Google Sheets clone links with third-party operators.

  • Repackaging our pre-programmed data spreadsheets to sell on external retail storefronts (such as Etsy or Gumroad).

  • Distributing our Semester Alignment Focus Words files or Sanctuary Reset Protocol packets inside public online directories or academic forums.

Any detected breach of this license architecture will result in the immediate termination of your system access flags and automatic legal enforcement to protect our brand's data sovereignty.

03. System Integrity & "No-Warranty" Disclaimer

Our digital blueprints are engineered to provide exceptional operational utility for your daily routines. However, because user environment variables vary wildly, Gilding Your Visions provides these tools on an "As-Is" baseline.

We do not guarantee that your personal computer hardware, browser extensions, or local Google Drive configurations will experience zero processing friction. Furthermore, you acknowledge that our tracking metrics—such as the Total Manifestation Velocity percentage—are motivational organization systems, not certified financial or legal accounting advice.

04. Subscription Account Control & Billing Forfeiture

Membership within The Gilded Guild ($27.00/mo) is managed strictly via automated, recurring 30-day Stripe payment tokens.

  • Account Access: You are entirely responsible for securing your terminal login credentials. Sharing access paths to private Guild workshops will trigger an immediate account lockdown.

  • Cancellation Rules: You can deactivate your subscription engine at any point before your next 30-day billing ledger opens. Upon cancellation, your customer segment tag inside Shopify is automatically stripped, and access to the private database archives is instantly suspended.
