Gilding Your Visions | Digital Shipping & Delivery Policy

01. Instant Digital Delivery Protocols

All workspace assets, data blueprints, and structural tools inside The Vault are distributed exclusively via electronic transit. Gilding Your Visions does not package, ship, or process any physical merchandise or freight hardware.

The absolute second your transaction settles securely through our Shopify Payments processing engine, our data networks initiate fulfillment. You will receive a secure confirmation link containing access credentials to clone or download your asset file sent directly to the email terminal provided at checkout.

02. Processing Windows & Delivery Timelines

  • Target Delivery Velocity: Immediate (Typically under 120 seconds from ledger authorization).

  • Fulfillment Verification: If your file download link does not clear your personal inbox filters within 10 minutes of checkout, verify your terminal’s junk, spam, and promotional routing categories. If background data static blocks your files, contact our structural support desk immediately at heather@gildingvisions.com.

03. Environmental & Border Jurisdictions

Because our life infrastructure engines exist purely in a cloud environment, there are zero geographical boundaries, shipping costs, or import customs fees applied to your catalog purchases. You are granted instant global access to your template clones, regardless of your physical location relative to our primary studio nexus in Central New York.

04. Digital Product Return & Chargeback Policy

Due to the instant, high-resolution visual exposure of our digital download hardware, all sales are absolute, final, and non-refundable.

Once a master link has been generated to copy our pre-coded Google Sheets formulas or PDF structures into your personal directory, the transaction cannot be recalled. Unauthorized cancellation attempts or fraudulent chargeback files opened against your Stripe checkout ledger will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your workspace access flags, profile metadata, and any associated memberships within the Gilded Guild network.
