Protocol: Refund & Deconstruction

COVENANT: The Knowledge Hoard (Vault & Gilded Guild)

At Gilding Your Visions, we view every transaction as a deliberate Capital Allocation toward your life’s infrastructure. To protect the Structural Integrity of our systems and the intellectual property within the Hoard, the following protocols govern all acquisitions.

01. Digital Hardware & Blueprints (Vault Acquisitions)

Individual assets—including automated Google Sheets, 4K identity anchors, and architectural workbooks—are delivered with Instant Velocity upon authentication.

  • The Policy: All individual digital acquisitions are Final Calibrations.
  • The Rationale: Because digital hardware is delivered in a high-resolution, downloadable format, it cannot be "un-seen" or "returned." Once an asset is added to your private hoard, the intellectual property transfer is complete. We do not offer refunds for "change of heart" or "lack of use."

02. Guild Memberships (Recurring Covenants)

Members of The Gilded Guild agree to a recurring capital allocation to maintain access to the Master Logic Flows.

  • Non-Refundable Cycles: All membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for current or past billing cycles.
  • Command Over Cancellation: You maintain total Command over your future billing. You may deconstruct (cancel) your membership at any time via your Account Dashboard.
  • Access Persistence: Upon cancellation, your rank remains active and you will retain access to the Guild Hall until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle. At that point, your access keys will be archived and no further charges will occur.

03. Rank Revocation & Disputes

We value Signal Clarity above all else.

  • Internal Calibration: If you encounter a problem with your build, we invite you to contact your Vision Architect at heather@gildingyourvisions.com for a calibration session before seeking external intervention.
  • Revocation Policy: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Vision Architect is considered a breach of the Covenant. The Vision Architect reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to the site if their conduct threatens the Structural Integrity of the community.
  • Finality: In the event of Rank Revocation, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle, and the user will not be charged for any billing cycle following the Revocation.

04. Structural Failures (Technical Support)

If a "Point of Distortion" occurs—such as a broken download link or a site-wide technical failure exceeding 48 consecutive hours—this is a Structural Failure. Please notify us immediately. We are committed to clearing the noise and ensuring your hardware is functioning at high resolution.
